CCTS technology (Carbon Capture Storage Transport) provides for the capture of "anthropogenic" CO2, the supercritical phase transport and storage in secure sites, such as geological formations, exhausted oil or gas fields, deep saline aquifer. It is very important to reduce emissions from fossil fuels, especially from power plants. In particular, there are significant technological challenges associated with all stages of the process, optimized in terms of choice of materials that do not penalize the cost of the solution.
